iDeck ovens are made of stainless steel with a baking surface in refractory brick for even heat distribution. The armoured heating elements create heat and, in the electro mechanical version, it is possible to control electro-mechanically the ceiling and floor temperatures. This makes it possible to bake directly on the refractory surface or on a tray / pan.
The door of the baking chamber features a full length handle for an easy grip, and tempered glass for better control of the product during baking The internal illumination is placed in a dedicated space for a higher protection from possible impacts.
All iDeck ovens can be installed as countertop ovens but also available are optional stands, provers, and hoods.
